As of date, more than 42,000 families have already been affected; 10s of thousands in the relocation sites, thousands homeless, 6 deaths and several people are missing. Warnings from PAGASA have also circulated that the typhoon will be stronger on January 16. People who are living in the small islands and near the river banks have already been told to evacuate. PAL flights have already been suspended too.
