Teaching in Satun
Our team has got a great opportunity to teach in Satun. The center has been asked by the Tourism department to teach English to some of the resort owners and workers. At first, the teachers tried to drive to and fro the classes which is an hour away from where we are. But then, this really stressed them out so much since the teaching for hours and driving to and fro is really tiring. So, the teacher’s decided to stay there during the weeks and only come back during the weekend. The Department there also provided free accommodation for the teachers. Aside from saving their ‘energy’, gasoline and time can also be saved.
