When we are traveling, I usually bring snacks so kids won’t be cranky when they are hungry. I usually bring with us lots of water, biscuits and some chips. Bringing snack is a practical thing to do so we won’t be spending much on buying snacks on the road.
While I’m bored during a long travel, I would munch some chips and enjoy eating not realizing that I’m already consuming the whole packet. I know it has lots of calories but sometimes I just can resist but eat it. But since I have promised myself to live a healthy lifestyle, I guess I will have to bring the right snacks during our next travel. Even if there’s phentermine to help me lose weight, I guess eating the right kinds of food should be established first.
