I’ve been to Pudu Raya ( Kuala Lumpur Bus Terminal) several years back and I didn’t like my experience being there. The terminal was old and there were a lot of suspicious looking bystanders around. After that experience, we never rode the bus to and from Malaysia again.

But just yesterday we rode the bus ( we didn’t have any choice) back to Hat Yai and we didn’t have a choice but to go to Central Pudu ( formerly Pudu Raya) and I was impressed! The whole building was renovated and is now airconditioned. The bus terminal actually looked like a mini airport. The bystanders were no longer there and I actually felt more secure.    The transformation was amazing and I really salute the government for this great improvement.
